Pediatric surgeon and surgeon-scientist affiliated with the Texas Children's Fetal Center. Spends his time between the operating room and the bench, asking how the fetal lung grows and how we can help it grow better.
Building a two-year program on PIEZO1–YAP mechanotransduction in pediatric lung, alongside a pediatric surgical workforce analysis.
We welcome students, residents, and postdocs curious about fetal lung biology and mechanobiology. Reach out through the contact page.
